WHO ARE GOD’S PEOPLE (ISRAEL) TODAY?

Credit To My Facebook Friend:Divine Love

Jews will tell you it is those who keep the Law, Old Testament, Left Brain. Christians will tell you it is those who are saved by the grace of Jesus/Yeshua, New Testament, Right Brain. I want to present a novel idea, maybe it is a combination of the two, Whole Bible, Whole Brain, mature person of God.  Israel is God’s people, not just a physical location on a map.  But all of God’s people will be moving to Israel in the soon coming millennium.  God’s people by definition have the faith of Messiah/Jesus AND keep the commandments.

We were slaves to sin and death until Yeshua/Jesus came and died to free us. No one was able to keep the law because they were slaves to sin and death. Now by the grace of Yah/God we are able to obey, because we are no longer slaves to sin and death.

If you love me you will keep my commandments. Yeshua/Jesus is the Word, the Whole Word, not the Old or the New Testament, but the Whole Word of God.

Could this possible be the narrow path? Or why he calls Christians lukewarm? Is this why He says “away from me, I never knew you”.  Just something to consider.

Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus. Revelation 14:12

And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ. Revelation 12:17

Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill. 18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass , one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled . 19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. Matt 5:17-19

In Matthew 5 the Savior said “I did not come to abolish the law but to fulfill it.” The word “fulfill” is from the Greek word “pleroo” which actually means to “confirm.” This verse should say, “I did not come to abolish the Torah but to confirm it.” WOW!

Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.  Revelation 3:10

The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do his commandments: his praise endureth for ever.  Psalm 111:10

Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. 22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 23 And then will I profess unto them , I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.  Matthew 7:21-23

And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments. 4 He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. 5 But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him.  1 John 2:3-5

If ye love me, keep my commandments. John 14:15

But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel. Matthew 15:24

Eph 2:13 But now in Messiah Yahushua you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of the Messiah.

Act 13:47 “For so the Master has commanded us, ‘I have set you to be a light to the gentiles, that you should be for deliverance to the ends of the earth.’ ”
